Welcome to Winkie Land (Spoiler #2)

Hi everyone! This weeks spoiler is from Winkie Land, or the western section of Oz. The West is associated with the Wicked Witch. This picture depicts an orignal design of a dress by danceontheclock, and some wanted posters of the Witch.
